This Hoji-cha was selected and blended by Hamada Tea from leaves grown in the Chiran region of Kagoshima. Hōji-cha is roasted green tea that is naturally low in caffeine.
With a caramel brown colour in the cup, it is fragrant and refreshing. The roasted taste means it can stand up to stronger tasting sweet or savoury food pairings, while also functioning as a drink on its own. Its low caffeine also allows to act as a pleasant wind down in the evening.
